TR Surcharge

TR is the difference between NEPRA and GOP tariff. If the difference is positive, GOP will pay it as “Subsidy”. However, if it’s negative, the Distribution Company will pay it to GOP as “Inter DISCO Tariff Rationalization Surcharge (IDTR SUR)”.
